Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I do offer customized bags. If you see something listed on B Works that you really like but prefer a different color scheme, just drop me an email and I'll provide some color options to select from.
